“Framing for Success”
Bridget will bring some examples to discuss. Her talk will cover the viewpoint of the artists framing their work and offer suggestions to enhance. There are four main parts, Preparing art–adhesives, mounting, floating, dry mounting etc.
Mats. Good matting and color schemes
Glass. When and what to use, plexi also.
Types of frames- metal, float frames, etc.
although drifting off with questions is welcomed!
