Fifteen members and guests carpooled to Gainesville to visit the Harn Museum of Art. OAG President, Michelle Curry, had prepared for our group a very informative docent tour of the French Modern Art Exhibit. Member Ruth Dexheimer, who is a docent at the Appleton Museum of Art, added occasional comments to further our appreciation of the works displayed. We also had time to disperse and wander through the meandering Harn galleries to view the favorites such as the photography exhibit and contemporary art exhibitions before leaving the Harn to enjoy social time and lunch together at the nearby Cheesecake Factory. “A great time was had by all!”
